FSPCA Preventative Controls for Human Foods

- how to assess a process for food safety hazards
- determining which hazards need preventive controls
The FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food course is a standardize curriculum focusing on 21 CFR Part 117 – Current Good Manufacturing Practices, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food. Course offerings include a PDF Course Manual, a PDF Workbook, and a $60 certificate fee. Participants will receive their certificates upon successful completion of the course.
