FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Foods: Part 2
1 Day, 8 Hour Course

This live-virtual instructor-led course is for individuals who have successfully completed the self-paced online portion of the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Blended course. Students must provide their enrollment ticket to attend.
Part 2 of this course we will go more in-depth into examining how to write and maintain a food safety plan, focusing on examples and exercises.
Students will learn:
- the required elements of a food safety plan
- how to assess a process for food safety hazards
- how to determine which hazards need preventive controls
Upon successful completion, a student will earn an AFDO-issued certificate.
Students must provide a form of photo ID and have their webcam on for the entirety of the course to receive their certificate.
